Ken Proctor is a 1998 graduate of Asbury College in Wilmore, KY with a degree in Christian education. 

During his enrollment at Asbury, Ken worked part time at AutoZone. After graduation, Ken moved to a local new car dealership where he ran the parts department for a little over a year.  AutoZone recruited him to come back as an assistant manager to run the Commercial Sales division of that local store.

In 2001, Ken and his wife moved to Michigan where he was the Director of Youth, Family & Children’s ministries at a church in Lansing, MI.  He stayed there until July 2003 when a much larger church hired him in the same capacity.

With the economy crashing rapidly in Michigan, Ken moved the family back to Kentucky in October 2007 and enrolled part time in graduate school.  At the same time, Ken took his knowledge of construction and put it to good use in a half time capacity with a local construction company. In 2009, BEJA Environmental, Inc. approached Ken to come on in a Managerial capacity to head up the power washing division of the company and grow the property maintenance and construction division as well.

With many different avenues of experience to draw from, it is now time for Ken to launch a dream he has had for 16 years beginning with the inception of New Life Construction & Remodeling.
